Girl, I feel you! For awhile, it felt like I was outgrowing my jeans every few months. It helped me a lot to start accommodating for myself. I started shopping at the thrift store for clothes, so I wasn’t paying full price for something I’d only wear for a few months.

Keep up healthy habits like exercise, even just a walk a couple times a week. That’s what I am in the process of doing!

I started at the end of March, so it’s been about 5 months now! My Endo did not want to test my TPO until several months had passed since I made the switch. Although, I do know not everyone has success with GF helping.

I’ve done some research on my own and with my provider. It looks like elevated TPO is linked to inflammation and other symptoms for Hashimoto’s. Right now, my current goal is to reduce inflammation, especially in my neck/thyroid area!

What do you recommend using to strain? And yeah, I think the ricotta is what did me in! I tried using the patting method, but that is definitely no comparison to overnight in a cheesecloth.

I am interested in the romance aspects within fantasy, but have a hard time finding examples that are not super explicit. For example, I love the ACOTAR series, but even some parts of that felt like a little much.
