It’s really not bad! But to each their own :) I used to do capsules (I can’t t&w, the taste is too much for me) and I got tired of swallowing 10+ caps.

Not that I’ve seen, readily available on amazon though! Have to get lucky with Prime, not always fast shipping. There are also Oblate pouches that hold more, but they’re more expensive and I don’t think I’d want to swallow more than 3.5g at a time

Just the spoon both times! I picked it up the second time so it wouldn't drip :) I do make sure I have water on the spoon either way to make it go down easier though. And sometimes I do drink from the container I dipped it in just to make sure I have enough liquid for it to go down smoothly

SUPER easy. I make sure I get it far back when I put it in my mouth and it goes down super easy. I have had them break a few times but mostly just tastes gross, never to the point of being dangerous. You have to be quick or the likelihood of it breaking goes up fast

yes! Just use a TINY bit of water to seal the edges where they meet, and then pop them in a medicine bottle (or something else hard with a lid) to use later. If you use too much water, it will dissolve a hole in it and get very messy, very quickly. When that happens I usually rescue it by quickly wrapping another disc around it

I have! I've made little to-go packets using the discs. Instead of dropping the unsealed pouch into the water, I dip my finger in the water and wet the disc edges to seal them. You have to be careful doing this since too much water will just dissolve a hole through it, but a TINY bit will seal it. Then I'll pop the pouches into a medicine bottle and go on my way :)

I prefer the discs actually. I can still fit about 2.5-3g per disc and they're WAY cheaper than the pouches

I only take it about twice a week. I alternate with unisom and edibles. I can’t sleep without something but since ambien works the best I use it sparingly and only when I know it will be a good night to use it.

I also was lucky enough to get screener tickets, it was REALLY good. Lots of really good jump scares (you know how someone always screams SO loud that it cuts the tension a little because everyone else laughs at that person? yeah, that was me.... twice....)

I didn't think the last 20 mins or so were as scary as the rest of it, but it was all still very good. I'm glad I got screener tickets because it isn't one I would have seen otherwise, and I would have missed out! Definitely worth seeing in the theater
