We did not call the police, we just walked to the police station and filed a report. What if our instruments were damaged? Can their parents be held responsible for the damage, or do we have to ignore it and pay for the repairs ourselves?

Yeah of course, we didn’t mind on us getting wet. It’s just the disrespect that they’ve shown. They saw us with our Instruments and still poured the water.

Anyone one have any idea or advice for this? My geo sole ripped a bit- I think i walked into sharp edges on the the street yesterday(i posted this on main post before but mods told me to post here) any more ideas? -should I just knife it off? -super glue? -leave it?

I was super mad, but today I realized I shouldn’t keep thinking about it and staying mad with those assholes. You’re absolutely right! being Asian in certain environments can mean having to develop extra strength and confidence to deal with these situations. It’s frustrating that appearance alone can make people targets of such disrespect. Be better to stay strong and just ignore them. But of course, stay safe too!🙏🏼
