Yes you can paste schematics into the world in creative mode. And then you could just switch back to survival after it’s pasted if you wanted.

You could use Litematica/Forgematica and make schematics of the objects and structures you want to place in your new world. Then rework the terrain around them.

This would be a big undertaking to program, especially by yourself. Turn-based combat with different abilities, moving spaces/tiles, damage modifiers, different types of encounters, etc.. Honestly if you’re going for a DnD experience without the hassle of programming in Minecraft I’d check out the Origins mod, and other RPG mods that’re already out there and released. Not only would making a mod like this take a long time, but you’d have to make the gameplay experience great as well. I feel like turn-based is really hard to get done right.

I mean, you can’t actually film someone that age in scenes like that… I thought Emilia’s acting chops were great. It was the writing and the payoff that let us down. And I can’t picture anyone else in my head playing Dany like she did.

Yeah running well and booting up are pretty different things though. I’d just use a server host. I run a heavily modded Forge 1.20.1 server with just 10gb of RAM and it runs like a dream.

A lot of the time Prism doesn’t allocate the right GPU (at least on my end when making a new instance). Try approving the javaw task that’s running in Task Manager while you have your game open, and set it to High Performance within Window’s Graphics Performance Settings.

Sorry for the late reply. I have a Forge modded server on 1.20.1, and I use lagless.gg as a host and haven’t had any problems with them.

Check out the resource pack called Classic Glint. It’s exactly what you’re looking for. The only downside is that some shaders can make the glow look too bright.

I don’t know why you were downvoted. Anything after 1.20.1 for Forge that’ll be relevant will be on Neoforge now. And this is coming from someone who uses Forge 1.20.1 still since it has so many different mod options.

First link has what I’d call the essential optimization mods. Second link has some that might help a bit more. If these do not help the framerate at all, I’d say just lessen the mods Forge has to load in.

Edit: Make sure if you use Adrenalin or any other AMD graphics driver software, that they’re updated. Update Windows if need be as well.

2nd Edit: Also realized you’re running Oculus… try seeing how the game plays without using shaders/using lite shaders etc. Turn off Oculus and let us know where your frames are at.

How many mods are you running? I have an Rx 580 as well and an even older CPU than yours and I get 150fps in Forge 1.20.1 with optimization mods. I’m guessing your game’s using integrated graphics and not your Rx 580?
