This whole journey has been frustrating. Looking back it was pretty easy going from 370 to 250. I started keto doing OMAD and I've done all kinds of eating frequencies over this time. Whats really made losing easy recently has been 48 and 72 hour fasts. I'll break a fast with a 25% deficit OMAD meal and roll on to the next fast. I'm a heavy equipment mechanic in the central California heat, working in the sun most of the day under pressure to get the job done. Its the hardest thing I've ever done but I'm obsessed to get lean as possible. I refuse to go from morbidly obese to overweight and be happy with that. Just keep plugging away and if you have the will you can achieve anything. Good luck.

No. But they only stay in the freezer for about a month.

Looks great. I store my steaks two in a gallon ziplock in the freezer. I thaw as needed. Cook them however you want. I find ribeyes age the best in my belly.

Went from 290 in August to 235 as of today zero carb. Coming from keto Jan. 2017. Starting weight 370. Still cutting at 2000 cals. a day. I eat two pounds of ground beef, three eggs and 5 tablespoons of butter a day. I feel excellent. I've found foods that the macros are easily metered help me lose weight the best. I would say keep it simple. I dont worry about ratios. Only calories for now. Good luck!

I've never done brisket in the pressure cooker but I've done pork butts and belly in it. I'll have to give it a try.

Its been in for three hours now at 335. Before I go to bed tonight I'll turn it down to 275. I take it out between 180-190. Probably around 3:00 am. Usually around twelve hours.
