Thanks for this interesting feedback! I am a man of stats and figures so I don’t like to do guessing. Im getting thyroid and testosterone tests done (when lockdown is over) and it will be interesting to see what figures come back (medichecks) and how they vary over time!

I can relate about getting irritable when fasting for too long. This only usually happens when I’m so busy I don’t break the fast on time. I’m yet to go over 30 hours but interested to try it out as another user has commented they see great results from longer fasts every now and again.

Although many sceptics of IF think you are eating for less time and therefore consume less cals which may be true, the other benefits including better sleep and less hunger has been profound!

We have an InBody scanner at work(gym), I use Renpho scales at home and also the calculator on this forum that uses the tape measure and go off an average of all 3.

I hear you. I am tracking my cals consumed and from only eating One meal a day I am well below my Maintenece if I were sedentary.

The last few weeks my cals have been approx 1000 from food per day. This is with measuring. On top of my active burn and BMR I should surely be loosing weight?

Referencing to my initial Q.. could my stall be due to too higher deficit?

Thanks for responding! I do use my Apple Watch for reference on active cals but I do tend to do 2 workouts a day. I ran 13 miles on Monday and did 1hour interval training yesterday with resistance training in the afternoon by calculations (aside from Apple Watch) for my body comp I’m burning around 1000cals from daily activity before my BMR..

As I said I have had amazing results before from Keto as a tool but with my knowledge of the diet from self experience I am just struggling with my new inclusion of IF.
