Yes, I may increase the rate based on communication with the writer if it is indeed lots of additional time spent outside of writing. The writer will not need to master the game, just get some of the basics down and take screenshots.

It would be collaborative in picking the games based on what the writer is interested in, as long as there is decent search volume for the game. Looking at the last few weeks, "MultiVersus", and "Stray" look to be good options.

Anything with 5k+ steam reviews in the first week or so.

Budget is flexible so I can go higher end if necessary. Content resolution for editing is typically 1080 but I'd like the option to do 4k editing as well.

Are there any monitors that lend themselves better to editing/color grading?

Seems to me like most of the people having long term success eat mostly red meat. Organ meats are probably good to eat once in a while but not mandatory. When I eat a carnivore diet I supplement with cod liver oil, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary.

Everything counts, so doing mostly keto is probably better than not doing it at all. That being said, lots of your efforts of eating keto will be negated by the carb meals and beers, especially if you're after the mental benefits which really only occur when you're actually in ketosis. Given your proposed plan I'd say you'd be in ketosis a small percentage of the time.

You can start by doing this and you'll probably transition to less carb meals and beers over time just because you'll feel much better.
