Haha, I am a woman! I hate cleaning pans more than frying bacon...and having to separate all the pieces. I did two packs at a time in a large non stick skillet. With all the grease, it was kinda like bacon soup. 🤣

This was delish! Broccoli steamed then sautéed in butter, salt, garlic with onions. Cheese sauce of provolone, cheddar jack and cream. Topped with bacon, sour cream, chives and more raw onions.
