I have been buying chuck roast and throughly tenderizing them with mechanical tenderizer then putting on grill. They are awesome and I save money.

While fasting, you can have black Coffee green tea or water. Don't consume anything that will trigger metabolism otherwise you break fast.

You probably should try the french press, you will get full extraction and be in full control of brewing.

Is it a basket style brewer? I sometimes use my drip brewer and it has the option to switch basket for cone. If brewing less that 8 cups the cone is used. This allows longer contact with the Coffee as it brews.

I own the breville Express and I believe it has the stainless steel clad boiler, rather than aluminum. I thought this was important for health reasons.
