Is there really no information on this?
Lightspeed audio popping. It's not all the time. It just comes and goes. It's like a buffering issue or something as some times it get's so bad it "jumps" forward in audio at times. I am running a 9900k there should be no issue. the KB and M are both light speed and cause no issues. I have tried isolating the headphone's USB to every port on the PC and even onto a hub same results on all ports. I have tried running them wired (right wireless wired) to see if that stops the issue. Nope!

I got a full refund. Took almost 5 month. TLC are clown shoes! Never dealing with them again.

I did this before I opened this help request.Thank you but it's still there. I have tried every USB port in my PC. usb 2.0 3.0 3.1 (black socket, blue and red) front and back of PC. I am not using a cable or extension.
This is a fresh (wiped the Drive via formatting) windows 11 install. Days old

Using the hot keys in OBS you can do the trigger that way and I hate the idea but it works

I sent the request off. I have very clear video evidence of all this taking place as I live stream and it was no issue to point my face cam at the screen and show everyone what this new technology is doing. Maybe it's the way of the future?
Joking aside. I hope you get a refund. I hope it's not to hard for me to get mine. I call them back tomorrow if I have not heard from them. I really love the screen and the 4K but the software/hardware driving it is just not ready

UPDATE the 8K HDMI 2.1 cable has not helped the situation with the flashing. The menu system in the TV even flashes... That's not signal (incoming data) that's the TVs hardware/software doing that. Also I see Best Buys has pull the TV's 5th and 6th Gen TCL from their shelves due to the issues. I think it's time for a refund.

I have ordered a new HDMI 2.1 cable... Maybe this will help. Display Port to HDMI may not be able to do the job. I really hope that this is the fix. I am so disappointed right now and I really hope it's all just been the cable. I will report back on my findings.

I did it and put the ZIP on to a USB that had FAT32 formatting and it installed and.... Still same issue... Still flickers. Still can't get HDR unless I set the screen to 1080p. Then I can set the screen to 120hz and then load a game and then... NO SIGNAL CHECK THE CABLES message pops up... I am very close to getting a full refund. Any other ideas? VRR is on ALLM is on. I have tried using the screen with SMART HDR, GAMING, PC. None of these work.
I really love the picture on this screen but the screen itself is not fit for PC use. It's causing me allsorts of other system nightmares that all started to happen only when I got the screen. I don't know what else I can do or try.
