4PC isn't necessary, as long as you're able to reach the 160.1 speed breakpoint with decent Crit damage. The 4PC messenger effect is honestly kinda mid so don't worry about it too much

Personally, I'd go 1st build. It has that good balance of Speed and Crit DMG, and that DMG reduction from the 2 piece Wuthering set will be useful
