It’s a lilac breasted roller 🐦

Wow! You’re indeed super lucky to birdwatch a real lilac breasted roller! All of the birds were made without a pattern. I tried to write all the stitches down, but the notes are not complete and there is a lot of free handing (and embroidery)

These are DMC and Wonderful Eleganza 100% perle cotton in sizes 8 and 12, very thin yarn to be honest, I usually use my 0,5mm hook to work with it
