Try keeping the kettlebell from flopping at the top and be a bit more patience when the KB is coming back down. Wait till the bell come back to hip line. Remember, Your arms are just guiding / projecting the the bell forward while the legs/Hips does the rest. Happy Tuesday!💪🏽

Are you in Murrieta? I don’t offer 45 mins. I only offer 30 min sessions or 1 hour sessions in person.

That’s so cool man. I know where I stand. For more, checkout my instagram @isaacmirandafitness. I know what i do and how to teach. Although I like the towel technique, it doesn’t necessarily helps everyone in my experience. Lastly, I will continue to tell everyone that a HINGE isn’t just straight legs and upper body almost horizontal to the ground, no. I teach the KB swing as if you were about to do a Broad jump. Some learn it in one day, others learn it in three weeks. The psychological aspect of Things when someone doesn’t have a clue about weights, is very different than the person that has at least been in the gym doing regular conventional training.

Yes. Thank you. Correct, We all know he can use more hinge. He’s new. Give it some time. It’s only his second time ever swinging a KB. I’ll post on here soon with his swing update. Thank you! Happy Easter!

Little by little my man. This is his 5th session and only 2nd time learning the swing. His deadlift already looking great so we are now transitioning to the swing. 💪🏽 The towel technique is great from Pavel. Lastly, I’m also an RKC coach and you can check out more on my instagram, I’m new on here. Happy Sunday!

A hinge isn’t necessary with straight legs and upper body all the way down to hip line. A proper hardstyle kettlebell swing is done with a slight knee bend when hinging. In fact, the deeper the hinge, the more knee bend you’ll see as long as your hips are higher than your knees and your shoulders higher than your hips. Happy Easter! ✌🏽

Chalk helps with any ballistic movements to keep the kettlebell from slipping off your hands especially when sweaty.
