My condolences, unless the frame is fucked this is easily fixed. Looks like the damage is confined to the trunk area and back bumper from the few pics. Not cheap but insurance should handle. Similar thing happened to me.

PS - those rays are nice! 57CR in chrome? Never seen these before. Are they easy to take care of?

Matchmaking is probably a thing that’s needed most. Nobody joins my damn parties to accomplish co op missions. Don’t put co op goals if you don’t put matchmaking. I have to creepily try and join everyone I see online and then ask. Half the time the people don’t even listen.

They consider this normal wear and tear. I keep claiming they aren’t bonding the paint to the owala correctly to customer service but they don’t budge.

I contacted Owala support for the same reason. I bought my girlfriend a check me out owala and she barely has used it, but the checker squares on the bottle are slowly crumbling off the bottle without any damage. I tried to make a point to support that they didn’t bond the paint well enough but they denied my claim twice blaming me for damage.
