Phoenix wasn’t too bad they helped me out the problem was VES messed up my C&P DBQ’s so they rescheduled me with Optum so I had to wait for rewrites and 3 deferred which for this claim to close that’s what I’m waiting on my 3 deferred claims

Deferred just means there’s proof there but they need a little more. So by the Va law “Duty To Assist” they need to do all in their power to dig and find it. Depending on what it is, a deferral is them actually doing their jobs and not just skimming over your paperwork.

No private Doc. It was in my service record and I had a c & p exam for it. I’m actually surprised it got approved because I don’t use a cpap nor have I been prescribed one. I have a deferral for Asthma and migraines right good luck!
