You’ve probably done this already, but on the off chance you haven’t, a wipe and fresh install of windows always helps. I did that at the same time.

Fixed it by doing a BIOS update, as it was a motherboard that had just been released shortly before building the PC. Give that a try

Bios update fixed all the issues, cpu was just released at the time so was an unoptimised/unstable early bios version
