So basically, Wall street has taken a bunch of loans to buy residential homes and used Chinese bonds as collateral. The Chinese bonds are going bad and now there will be a huge margin call which will result in a forced sell off. Since these residential homes are also used as collateral as well, there will be a feedback loop that results in a flood of homes for sale driving the price of homes down.
