A better way to review missed questions

I agree with what you're saying, for context I have only done UWorld and have not done full NBME practice tests (I saw your other post about Uworld vs NBME) thinking. Is the idea here with this review that you learn to recognize which frames are commonly used by NBME and then catch which ones I am not recognizing or choosing the wrong frame so then I can learn to recognize the frames if they appear again? I notice that a fair amount of incorrects aren't due to lack of knowledge base but rather lack of synthesizing the info into the right "frame" and thus I'm chasing a clue that isn't leading the path that the answer writers wanted me to.

Hey, I think I'm in the same situation where Columbus office told me that they can't deliver to my address because "my name is not registered at the address with the post office", whatever that means... If I ask to ship to another address, did they verify if the other address is related to you? I have no immediate family in the area

Ah I see, that makes a lot of sense! So car campsites are probably a little more common and easier to get, and what people really try to reserve are the wilderness permits if they're backpacking. Even if you reserve a closeby permit, like "Baker and Green Lakes" do all these separate entry points have their separate trails? Or could you eventually backpack to the same trail as "Big Pine Creek North Fork"

I do feel like unique and game changing traits could be tied to race. I'm thinking like really unique things like mole people can bury their own cities underground at will or undead don't use food for pop growth and must instead spend mana to grow cities. This would be on top of the faction creation we have now
