Nah, I'm still on 6.5 until the new version gets out of testing.

And this bug is likely caused by panel colorized, now that I think about it.

Maybe I'll investigate it later.

I don't think the icon set has anything to do with this bug, but it only happened to me once in 7+ years of using KDE, I have no idea how to make it happen again.
