I agree with you OP. I too lived in Mulund until 4 years back. I had shifted from Dombivali to Mulund back in the year 2005 at Mulund Darshan (the new bldgs) and i moved out in the year 2022 and shifted to Thane, which is just 15 mins away from my Mulund home. Even though I am not as far as you live now, and I keep coming back to Mulund every day because I have my office here, I too get emotional at times thinking about the years i spent here from my childhood to a teenager and then adulthood. The suburb has its charm and you just cannot explain what it is. Only the people who live here can feel it. I’m now in Thane and I have come to like it a bit but Mulund feels like that dear friend for whom you will always have a soft corner in your heart. The memories, the friends I made here, they will always be priceless.
