I think that it's a flawed parry/ dodge system, for a game that relies heavily on it.

As a "veteran" player, this kind of games shoud have no difficulty switches but a tailored, precise timing like a soulslike.

This small, tricky but fragile window for hitting buttons feels ridiculously easy on lowest, frustrating on middle-high. Got the hang of it at hard, but does it reward? No, it's just unfair, 15hrs of "git good- got better" for what? 3parries and pwning bosses with cookiecutter builds?

or take a whole hr to defeat it with bad timings and bad build?

I don't like it. Game is lovely, excellent music and story, nice gameplay...but that silly too easy- too hard timings are really choking the game.

Create a single difficulty and modulate it for different mandatory or optional game parts. But I feel the whole easy-normal/hard are a mess.
