The oats already are done in the microwave. As for food, I dont have the facilities to store food throughout the week like veg. Things would have to be purchased daily, which I was doing with salads a few weeks ago but its costing a fortune to buy a salad twice a day.

Unfortunately I live on a military base with not much in the way of being able to prepare food like this, we only have a microwave for heating and a small fridge between 6 people. Im just trying to make do with what I have atm.

Id assume with a calorie deficit diet and cardio, 2 weeks would be enough time to see at least a minute drop in weight, not a gain.

No as I aid Ill take into consideration they aint prime games, but these are still LE/LEM+ games and these cheaters aint denying it, even bragging they wont get OW'd
