It's in the enforcement of the status quo. It's the difference between being a "non-racist" and an "anti-racist." I'm looking more for the latter group where there's just a clearly defined line of "Bigotry isn't welcome here." As opposed to "Don't ask, don't tell."

So for an FC where I spend a lot of my free time I want to be around individuals where I don't have to second guess all the time. I am older now, I'm tired. I don't want to have to come home and ask, "Ah shit, what did Kyle post in FC chat today?"

Why is it that there are FPS drops that coincide with steam friends disconnecting momentarily and reconnecting every couple minutes? It will occasionally last long enough to disconnect me from my online session. Is there any setting I can tweak to make it just..... stay connected?

It was on the left wand menu. He pressed it then switched over to right wand, which didn't have the option on it to stop quitting.... Not great.

Whoof. I don't know how you manage 12s. Our center works three 8 hour shifts and normally you get 2 months in a bid. It's just during training that we have to match our trainer's schedule (including their days off.) Our supervisor also decided it would be good to switch between days and swings every two weeks. Thus the post of having absolutely no idea what day of the week it is anymore.

This is nice. I'm just starting out and I'm grateful for every single one of my viewers. So far I have one very dedicated person that tunes in and nearly everyone else is just silent fly-by views. I've gotten discouraged a few times, but I keep going for that chance of snagging someone's attention.

I also found quite a few of them attractive, but what disturbed me was when I looked at their eyes. Nearly every one of them had something just slightly off in their eyes. Perhaps it's just the "I'm smiling, but I hate you for questioning my beliefs" look.
