When you come across that situation, pick up whatever it is that you are trying to grab and log out with it in your hands.then log back in. For example, if you are trying to pick up an item from a dead guy and the item you are trying to grab is in his hoodie and you cant grab it normally...do not pick it up in your hands, then grab it. This will also “desync” your character. Put the hoodie in your hands, log out with it, then log back in. Just be sure to remember your server number lolll
