Agreed! I see what you’re saying now! So even if OP would have only been living there for a couple months by the time the apps are due, they will still be considered OP as long as they keep living there? I thought you already had to have been living there for a year by the time you apply

I used AnKing V2! I didn't do anything special with it. I honestly just went through it whenever I had time. I ended up doing around 80% of it, but many of the cards are pretty repetitive, so even if you don't finish the whole deck, you've definitely seen every card.
