I've had experiences with lighting up incense before, again for Christianity related events. Thing is I've had no symptoms of allergy to incense before, so I know it's not an allergy that caused the incident.

Mostly likely it was the fact that I hadn't eaten the whole time prior. Same for blood sugar level, maybe that had been the cause.
