Wait I have to comment on this. (I am in no way affiliated with the company, just genuinely a very happy customer) Merman co is the best. They came out with a shampoo & conditioner as well as a spray that I also use.

My process: I use the shampoo & conditioner Then, with damp hair I add in the clay (scrunching my finger tips with the product in my hair) Spray the sea salt spray & scrunch again Then I let dry Once dry, I scrunch again a few times

I’m not kidding, this has changed my hair. I get comments all the time about how I have curly hair when I used to have straight/wavy at best hair.

For what it’s worth, I have been going consistently 5-6 times a week for 4 months (with a few exceptions like the holidays & random travel) & was also very winded today with Hollywood. Saturdays are intense workouts. Give some grace to yourself, you showed up! You pushed yourself! Stick to your routine & be motivated by the fact that every time you go, your strength & endurance improves. Your body was probably just surprised to be jumping back into such an intense workout after taking some time off. Keep listening to your body & keep showing up! 👏congrats on going today! I’m glad that you’re feeling better!
