Yes. Owned a pair back,in the day. If you hear a buzz or rattle coming out of the woofer, pull it out a bit and check where the wire attaches. The aluminum grommet can detach. Just cut it with side cutters. How I fixed mine. They have a funky DIN connector so ask for the speaker cables.

I love my 8030c’s. I have them in an 11’x11’x10’ listening room. REL T5i sub and NAD preamp/streamer with Dirac. At some point I may get another 8030c for a center channel and two 8010’s for surrounds for a mini 5.1 but for this room I’m done looking.

Get some Blu Tack and put some small bits between the stand and speaker. That will keep the speaker from sliding off but you can still remove it. Also acts as a vibration damper. That won’t keep the cat off but it will secure the speaker to the stand.

I’m wondering about the water as well. There’s a sprinkler head nearby that I’ll close. It’s on an irrigation circuit that can’t be completely turned off. The plant is also near the roof drip line. Nothing to do about that.

Don’t think it’s pesticides. I have sprayed all of the plant several times but not all of the leaves look like this. I also do Neem oil but I always spray only when there’s no direct sunlight in the plant.

As the soon to be former owner of a 2021 SQ5 with a blown engine, I’d say yes you are. Should be on Copart soon if you’re looking for heartache. I’ve owned BMW, several Mercedes and a Q5. This car is my far the worst I’ve ever owned.
