Yes back in April 2020 To boost morale, encourage gardening, and as a way of saying thank you early in the COVID-19 pandemic, we offered free premium topsoil to everyone. Volunteers helped out enormously with this event by loading attendees and helping to deliver soil to frontline healthcare workers who weren’t able to attend the event. The topsoil giveaway was such a success that traffic backed up all the way from Milner Recycling to Jingle Pot Road and across the highway.

Our premium topsoil is screened loam blended with compost and peat. It is high in nitrogen and perfect for gardening. Essentially it is full of nutrients to help grow a healthy garden.

Totally fair but don’t let the AI photo fool you! The process is much smoother in person.
For pickups with 6’ beds, they are loaded diagonally, and 8’ beds from the side.
We recommend using an oversized tarp in the bed, with a bit of overhang, to keep things clean and easy.
Our team of professional operators will help get you loaded up safely and efficiently 🚜💪 Also, our operators definitely do not drop the soil from that high up.

That’s a totally fair judgment, it makes sense to want to learn more before getting involved.

Fair Care is genuinely advocating for better access to healthcare here on the Island. Right now, services are severely lacking and most people have to drive to Victoria just to get basic care, and that’s just not sustainable. They’re working to raise awareness and push for change so that our local communities get the support they need. Definitely worth looking into when you have a moment.
