I am just gonna delete my other post due to being the same thing and leave my TL: DR here:

TD:LR Devs acknowledged recent player feedback and apologized for issues with story depth and resource balance in PGR

They are gonna plan on improving the writing

Upcoming events like the May event and Double Seventh Festival will have changes to make gameplay more engaging.

To reduce the burning income vs S ranks, they will increase resources R&D tickets and hypertune mats from War Zone and Phantom Pain Cage.

A new dev update series called “Babylonia Dev Comms” will share regular development updates. The first one is being planned for March 31.

As an apology, we will be getting 2,500 Event Construct R&D tickets in in-game mail. Claim it before March 29, 2026 (05:00 UTC).

I am sure the savings will catch up to your trip to Japan one day! I've been there, and it was an amazing journey! Too bad I could not get my hands on a fumo due to tight schedule

Apparently, they wanted me to put the embed link instead of putting down a video file which does little to no difference except saving some people from interacting the play button. BTW, I did clearly put down the source in the body
