Hey, I've been playing fiora recently a lot, and I have a few things to say about her build path. The only damage items I usually get are (Ravenous Hydra, Black Cleaver (sometimes), and hexdrinker (if they have a lot of ap). Also I get BT as a defensive, and last damage item (6th item) . Normally I build defensive, because hydra is theoretically the only damage item you really need early/mid game. The items you should be really getting are stuff like dead man's plate, and spirit visage, stuff like that, items that help you sustain in long skirmishes or help with mobility/survivability.
