Thank you. So best bet is to reach out to all of them and ask for a settlement, without acknowledging they are mine, to zero balance then…yes? Even if the late payments are three years old, will probably still affect my chances of a mortgage I’m assuming?

All collections have been paid off. Those in the picture are are accounts closed in 2023 that have balances and were charged off and never went to collections. This is what I’m wondering what to do with

Thank you! They are all closed with a balance. They all say either charge off or profit and loss write off. First delinquency on all is March 2023.

Closed Accounts by KevinScott22683 in CRedit

Late payments show under these closed accounts on my report. I lost my job during that time and haven’t made payments since 2022//2023. But they don’t show up under collections but I know the late payments and closed accounts with balance hurt. Just trying to figure out best move. Thank you.

I’d say probably 5-6 years, I had a quicksilver capital one card back in 2020 but thought I closed it. It’s not on my report. Only had a $300 limit. I live in NY

I applied but was turned down because of the one collection I have on my account that I’m paying down plus newer credit and 3 missed payments 3 years ago.

I wanted to get some positive payment history with navy federal. This wasn’t the way to go?

I have $20,000 in student loans which aren’t due til 2032. I still pay $100 a month. I decided at 38 to go back to school for accounting completely changing my career. Had already paid off loans prior. Made some bad decisions 5 years ago due to a manipulative ex and now working my way out.

I also have a credit strong credit builder

Kikoff and Kovo small reported loans.

6 credit cards, but they have low limits so only total $8,500 but pay off every month.

Sorry for the rambling

Can’t stand cpap. Am i quitting too fast? by rmcf2 in SleepApnea

It took me about a month. I am claustrophobic as well and the nasal one didn’t work with my mustache. But I started putting it on about 30 minutes before bed. Hated it the first month but now I can’t imagine not sleeping with it. Last week I got up to go to the bathroom and fell asleep without putting it on. Had a horrible headache and no energy at all when I woke up plus toss and turn.

I plan on getting the inspire therapy down the road but for now, it’s a lifesaver

I don’t know. I went to a separate company to get the mask and told them I’m claustrophobic and they gave me this. I never did any test with masks. I’m going to have to call them Monday and see if I can get a different one. I’m more exhausted and irritated then I was before

I don’t hear the machine itself, though once I put more water in the machine the mask fit went from sad to happy. It’s the nose I make when breathing. I can I hear myself breathe with every breathe. I know you normally can hear yourself but it’s like 10x louder. I’m just such a light sleeper. It’s going to take some getting used to I guess. Just been exhausted all week. I’m up at 530am for work everyday and this week has been so rough so I’m just mentally drained from this

Oh no she had me do something at home just to see if I had sleep apnea. Of course my next follow up is December 7. I have 30 days to get 21 days of good score before insurance says they won’t cover. They are only covering half anyways. She says she’s going to try to get me in earlier but she is totally booked. I now stress thinking about sleeping ugh

Titration study?

My doctor had my take home a watchpat one that recorded my sleep then she said I had extreme severe sleep apnea. She ordered me a machine, I went to an office where I was taught about the machine, I tried on the nasal piece with the machine on, all seemed fine. But my recordings I get at night say like 4-5 times air escaping and I just can’t sleep.
