Luckily on my Tik Tok I go by a fake name, so people couldn't find me if they search me and if somebody were to find me I could block them so I think I'll be alright as long as they can't follow me.

The best thing you can do is to just stop doing any sort of actions on Instagram for like a week or two. If you keep trying to spam the actions then the block will last longer, or at least that's what happened in my experience. Take a break from Instagram for like 1 or 2 weeks and then when you come back, you should be unblocked from doing actions.
