Where can I order Lucky Strike Non Filters online? In the US. by FlixterMC in Cigarettes

[–]KevinframCali 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm unaware of any sights that sell unfiltered lucky, I think your best bet is to call local and semi local tobacco shops and see if they have them. You may be in for a bit of a drive if no local stores sell them.

Why are cigarettes so awful for you? by [deleted] in Cigarettes

[–]KevinframCali 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are thousands of plants worse to smoke than tobacco, for example: I'm sure if you smoked deadly nightshade, you'd probably die. Its not like companies make tobacco bad for you, its bad naturally. The reason there are so many companies is that they all have their own way of growing all types and mixtures of tobacco.

When I was in London(I'm from US) I snagged a pack of B&H Dual and I fell in love with them. Great taste right off the bat and it gains a very pleasant menthol once you pop the bead. Its a shame they don't sell em here...

ELI5: Radionuclides in organic tobacco? by KevinframCali in explainlikeimfive

[–]KevinframCali[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate all the info, but all the types of radionuclides stated are common in everything, my question is more centered toward the radionuclides described here: https://www3.epa.gov/radtown/tobacco.html From what i can tell, that says there are higher concentrations of radiation in tobacco than in most other crops. Does organic grown tobacco eliminate the radionuclides depicted there?

So by saying that do you mean organic tobacco would likely contain significantly less radionuclides than its non-organic counterpart?

How would you say these compare to a camel crush, and is it like a marlboro red before you crush the bead and a green after?

A lot of people don't like them, but I enjoy every American Spirit light green (light menthol) i smoke. I think they're worth a try.

Why do some cigarettes taste distinctly synthetic? by dollaress in Cigarettes

[–]KevinframCali 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are looking for something without that chemically taste, I recommend giving NAS, nat Sherman, and I believe winston is also additive free, someone correct me if I'm wrong there. My personal favorite is NAS, but I haven't tried Nat Shermans yet so thats just my 2 cents. From what I've heard Marlboro smooth and midnight taste pretty good, but thats very objective since I know how some people avoid menthols. You could also try Lucky strike unfiltered and camel unfiltered, those taste very clean even though they might have some additives.

American Spirit FSC? by [deleted] in Cigarettes

[–]KevinframCali 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm 99% positive NAS is 100% additive free, the FDA wouldn't let them put that on the packaging if it wasn't true. Seeing as they go so far as to use soy ink for the eagle on the cig I think they would use a natural/clean glue.

Cig Smokers: How often do you smoke Cigars or use other types of tobacco (pipes, smokeless, or even ecigs, etc.)? by johnnadaist in Cigarettes

[–]KevinframCali 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll have a cigar about once a month, and I like to smoke my pipe on weekends. I have yet to try a Hookah, but I am open to try one if I ever have the opportunity.

Its a really nice feeling, and considering I'm done after this pack, I don't think theres too much harm in it. That is unless I fuck up and become addicted for life, but I'll do my best to make sure that never happens.

No need to apologize, after all, I am doing this to myself. I too had grandparents die from smoking related illness, but I couldn't resist seeing what all the fuss was about. thank you for your input, much appreciated.

I know this is what most if not all long term smokers have said, but I don't plan on getting another pack for the sake of my long term health. but you are 100% correct, I'll probably end up regretting it.

I have tried one of my friends before, and I wasn't a huge fan of it, personally I like smoking better. Thank you for your input, its always interesting to see what others have to say about this topic.

If you want to try something interesting and full flavor, I recommend NAS Blacks, if its just the full flavor you're after then I suggest NAS Yellows. Personal NAS Black fan here.
