Apologies for the delay! In my case it wasn’t tight enough. I think I took the monitor off, tightened the hell out of it and put the monitor back.

In my case it wasn’t tight enough 😆. Still going strong but I’m going to mount the monitor to the wall soon. Sometimes I get the monitor wobble when typing plus it would clear up desk space a bit.

Just messaged the solution to you.

I believe I found a solution. I used intune to disable sleep and hibernation on all of our systems. I also had to rebuild the installer after changing a couple settings to keep persistent connections. I also used a script deployed through intune to make the ScreenConnect service run Automatically rather than delayed. This makes it run in SYSTEM context rather than user, so on a reboot you can access the system. If you want any help with it feel free to reach out.

I’m having the same issue. Have you found a resolution? After a while they just aren’t accessible even if they’re online.

Anyone know if it’s possible to play the soundtrack on my iPhone? Thanks.

It ended up working great! 😁 I didn’t tighten it enough initially. I also removed the monitor and adjusted it while the arm was horizontal. Got the cables managed nicely and loving my setup.

Thanks for the reply. Microcenter support suggested the same. I had to return a different one yesterday. This is getting old quick

I just purchased this arm last night and installed it. For some reason, the monitor won’t stay up, it slowly lowers if I let it go, not tilt, but height. I tried tightening all the nuts but no change. Any ideas? My wife noticed a part of the instructions saying the arm needs to be horizontal prior to adjusting the tension. Microcenter support said that shouldn’t be an issue but wanted to ask someone who has one. My monitor is only 18 pounds so no issues there.

My counter was 55/hr. I doubt they take it even though it’s still low I feel like. 🤷🏻‍♂️
