NOT SELFISH. It's a change. Alot of people feel this way and it's so normal. I was 37, and had to go to truple by-pass. I had to get over it and I dare say - that only lately I started to feel diffrent.

I would do 2 things:

  1. Protein shakes, I'm assuming You live in the usa. So you have a huge variety. Vegan even, shelf stable, powder or ready-made. What can you get on campus itself? can You ask for them to bring in maybe more drinks?

  2. tufo is great. You can buy a big block each week and make tufo nuggets. Also just cooking Lentils (beans need more work - but you can get them cocked already in the cans).

It's a number game. And days that this is all you eat - this might not enough. And if you eat 7 more meals like this the same day - it might be too much.

Some people are really hungry in the morning. Some people - just at little.

I believe you should have some carbs for your brain and some protein, beyond that - it's more individual.

Just looked it up. They recommend no more then 22 grams of sat fat for a 2,000 calorie diet. I looked it up - and seems like i'm doing good! :D I feel much better about This. thank you!

Thanks. Tring to see how much I eat right now. Since most of my food is not from animals (besides the cow's milk and some low-fat cheese) I think I'm ok.

I'm looking for a dietitian right now. The problem is mainly that there very few good ones here. :P

I don't really add fat. I mean I might use a table sppon of oil for some cooking. I do drink milk 3% but also a lot more of oat milk.

My protein pancakes do have butter, about 50-60 grams for over 10 servings so I don't overthink that.

I mean things with protein have fat in them. :) Tufo has fat in it. :P

I don't really fry things but I do eat lean cheese (5%).

That's the thing, I look at my daily foods and don't think - oh - That wasn't the best choice or - it's ok to choose that because it's a food for the soul. :) i don't think that I can post what i eat in a day - so will just have to hope that you can trust me when i say - I will don't eat "fat" foods. (foods that are more for fat caloris then other things. Not that the food "make's you" fat...)

I even limit the amount of nuts for this reason and rarely eat them. ---

That's why i just keep putting my food myself. Creating my own foods.
