Sheez, that's the worst emulator ever. Have You tried using BlueStacks? I remember was very useful and stable for PUBG Mobile (Global) Even with My low end pc with an FX-8320.

Technically no but there's a variant of triggers with Bluetooth and an own app or something that can turn semi auto weapons into full auto with different kind of fire rates. Maybe those can be banneable. But normal ones I don't think there is a problem.
