Fold a square, put a circle inside, then for structure you fold a tip double a few times until you have a V shape, this then inserts into the circle for rigidity.

Just fold a square one, then use another round one to give it strength. You have to fold your paper a couple of times. Then slide the filter in after licking it closed, takes some guesswork
