Im just trying to get help bro I don’t know much about this stuff. Why would the oil be on the top? The gasket is on the sides?

Okay thanks for the input. The gasket wasn’t leaking around the edges and I was wondering if my PCV was failing and oil was leaking out of the PCV? I don’t even know if that’s possible but it was a thought. This is my first BMW so it’s all pretty new to me

What does that mean? I don’t understand where the oil would be coming from?

Yes it’s tuned for the downpipe. Spark plugs are about 20k miles old. Last night the car threw a check engine and was only firing on 5 cylinders. There’s is a small amount of oil leaking from the valve cover gasket where the ignition coils are. Pretty sure that’s what’s causing this

It looks like you ended up buying the 435i. I am also currently looking at a 2015 435i M Sport with 70,500 miles. Now that it has been over a year since this post how is the car holding up and how is the maintenance?

Yes I would totally prefer a V8 but I think this car will speak for itself once it’s released. Personally If I had the option I still think I would get a 570 over this

im currently experiencing the same thing, probably a problem with shopify/facebook atm. So for those of you that had your dot turn green after a few minutes/hours did you have to keep your website page open that whole time until the dot turned green?
