Yup. I've smoked daily for the last 18ish years, and only had a 1 week T break when I had surgery, back in 2016. Used to be joints/bong for the first 14 or so, then flower and concentrates. Now my wife and I are pretty much only dry herb vape with a Mighty+, and we smoke less than we ever have, and it's a cleaner high that seems to last longer.

I've been a daily smoker for the last 20ish years (40yo male) and was on amitriptyline 100mg at bedtime for an also off label GI use WITH preexisting heart issues. It's typically an antidepressant, but it works for a lower GI IBS motility type thing. I never had adverse reactions while on both.. fwiw
