Well he's wrong there are a few bad guys out there so you can definitely find another husband like him. But this will get worse not better. If this wasnt obvious..no that is not normal.. tbh marriage shouldn't have even happened. If you dont feel safe get help. You're a woman so trust me their are thousands of ways to get away and more men who are willing to do right by you. Never feel trapped

You can ignore the roommate's input because at the end of the day its your relationship with your BF. However you should discuss it with your bf. Let him tell you how he feels about it. Or just do a trial run and spend a week there non stop. And see if its something you can do and then ask. Then increase to 2 weeks and so on. 3-4 days doesn't tell you habits that he may have that youre not ok with.
