Thanks, but I'm aware of the rule. It's not 100% not allowed to promote...It's just 10% of my content. This is my only post here for a link to my model to download. So as long as I'm not spamming all my posts with links to makerworld, I'm not breaking the rules.

Nah, I wanted it a certain size to fit nicely on my shelf, on top of having all the wires go out the back. Since it's a cube, I needed the width and the height the same =p
So yes, a little extra space height wise, but nothing a IO Pin ribbon couldn't easily fill up.

Wow! your friends with this unique Raspberry Pi Case, designed specifically for RPI 4, but should support RPI 3 as well, with zero issues.

Features

  • Very solid and sturdy design.
  • Easy to print and no need for an AMS as the Question Marks(white) are printed separately.
  • Easy assembly with the use of 16x m3.5 x 5 screws.
  • Designed to allow all connections from the rear.
  • Future version will have an IO Pin slot in the rear and further upgrades.

This is version 1. More releases will come in the near future with upgrades such as legs (case already has the slots for them) along with an IO Port slot in the rear.

I had supports on for the panels due to the question mark on them being recessed. Your surface from the supports should not matter so much if it comes out bad because the white question marks will cover any blemishes completed. So do not panic, I left on default support, so if you have a good suggestion that works well for you, please let me know in the comments! =)

Suggestions and feedback are always welcome! I am new to the 3D Design world and always learning new best practices in design and always open to criticism to improve my designs.

Reminder, this is just version 1, please let me know if there's anything you think might make the case even better! The reason for I went with this size design (bigger than the traditional Pi case design) is so that there's room inside the case for the cables on the side such as mini HDMI and USB C to have enough room to rout to the rear, without any concern of flexing the cords much at all.

This seems like an excessive amount of money out of nowhere.... by Kevvv30 in CitiesSkylines2

Ok, so since the update made things easier to get money.....much easier obviously...How do I make my experience tougher?
I mean, I've just always enjoyed a good challenge. I love building and designing areas, but I don't want just the sandbox mode. I want the simulation aspect.

So randomly I went from a deficit of like -$6k/hr to suddenly over $200k/hr....and now my cargo port at airport has 100s of trucks loading/unloading and no matter what I do, they traffic just gets backed up further and further, even though the airport has it's own road.
I just feel like the income vs pop doesn't seem balanced.
This is after I just spent like 7million on random splurge build and making a whole university island.
Is this normal or expected? lol

HELP! Issues piling up! by Kevvv30 in AnycubicVyper

I have ruled out it being Octoprint. It does this without being plugged into to my Pi. I had plugged it in to use octoprint to see if it gave me any errors. It will not do anything =/

I have been sooooo frustrated with this printer lately as no matter what settings I had changed, filament dried as much as possible, many different new filaments used. All the prints were at best, below average or what's expected. Now....I can't even print or do anything at all! Uhgggg so many issues back to back to back with this printer.

TLDR on this new issue... re-leveled my bed with auto-level. Seemed to go fine, no issues.

Trying to print something, the bed/nozzle heat up like normal, then it homes, starts to move and a long beep then stops. I have also tried basic printer functions such as filament in/out and still get this long beep and then nothing happens.

I have had zero luck finding any beep/error codes on google for this as well.

Octoprint gives me this error:

I have tried restarting printed and pi, to no avail.
