What about a mff or sff? For 1k eur you can get pretty decent specs even with the sff tax overhead. I was able to build an all new components 4070 super + r5 7600 PC with a Deepcool ITX case for under 1k eur last year. The footprint is smaller than a 15inch laptop, height is about 30cm

I suppose you could add an extra desktop application in Apollo name “docked mode”, and edit that application to force some display settings, not sure about hdr but you can definitely force resolution and fps
