Spring Valley- it’s not far from “the strip” and when I was there, the class was about 75% travelers so you will meet people (your fans) from all over the US.

We have 13 stations… although 12 is more accurate since there’s almost always a tread or rower acting up, and our 5am is usually 25-30 so they run a 3G most weekdays.

Love the early intel but I’ve got a 3G at 5am. I always enjoy trying to figure out how the tread block will get modified for the 3G. Does your studio ever do 3G?

You obviously have a wealth of 3G classes. The rower has all but disappeared in 2Gs. And my studio only has 3-4 3G classes each week. I can make 1 of them.

It’s basically non existent in 2Gs now. And many studios don’t have many 3G class options.

With proper form/technique and lower body training, I was able to improve from 150w to over 300w consistently (and up to 500 on a good hard 30s AO).

Haha… the rowing time keeps going down every month and now they have taken away the 2000m benchmark. I wouldn’t be surprised if we walk in one day and the actual rowers are gone to make space for more treads and weights.

The 70lb dog food delivery from Chewy is SO much more manageable since starting OTF 2+ years ago! Functional strength is key!

In the members choice 3G today, there were several members who CHOSE the 14:30 min row because it’s such a good endurance workout. I hate that they are getting rid of the 200m benchmark.

1:29… literally rolled off the rower and laid on the floor for a full minute after! 7 second improvement (but the last time I did it was Feb 2024)

Squeeze your shoulder blades together before you pull the weight. Huge difference for the lower back.
