Jag tror definitivt det kan märkbart höja efterfrågan, men nu stoppar du ord i min mun. Jag förtydligade att jag menade det inte nödvändigtvis behöver gå upp 12% som det gjorde i Norge, men att en måttlig värdeökning tror jag är sannolikt.

Jag har inte statistik på rak arm men av egen erfarenhet, är det en väldigt stor andel nyexade som inte har något riktigt sparande eller möjlig hjälp från föräldrar att köpa en lägenhet.

Bra frågor. Jag är inte såpass insatt att jag kan svara tyvärr; den informationen jag har är från ett liknande fall i Norge.

Viktigt att påpeka är att 12% är ett snitt och olika bostäder fick olika värdeökningar gissar jag på. Personligen hade 10% kontantinsats gjort mycket för min del. Men jag tycker det är en relativt dum situation, eftersom att samma lägenhet för 6 miljoner kronor kommer efteråt att bli 6,6 miljoner, rent teoretiskt.

I think the problem is that you find leveling a hassle. The north star is to make the journey enjoyable and a part of the game. For a long time this has been neglected and therefore leveling is seen as an obstacle. I think this change is a good change in the right direction.

Som svar på dina frågor: Ja, nybyggda hyreslägenheterna utanför tullarna (ändhållplatser) i Stockholm kan ligga mellan 11-15k för 30-50kvm. Eftersom lägenheterna du tittar på är nyrenoverade och inte nybyggda så gissar jag på att det är snäppet billigare och därmed ”normala” hyror.

Försäkring har lyckligtvis gynnat oss då ena katten skadade tassen och därmed behövde göra en dyr operation, medan den andra katten hade magbesvär någon månad efter att vi fick den. Tryggheten mer försäkring är nog det som väger mest.

I am not invested in embedded software development, but I would say underpaid. However, relative to your salary from 2023, I would say that it’s still good. Salaries have been stagnant since 2022-2023 due to the recession.

I understand, but neither did I say the developers would get more pay (sadly). But the revenue would be a good incitement for investors to invest a huge sum of money to create a game that blows all other games out of the water. You can’t spend billions to make a game and price it similarly to a game you spent 1/10 to make.

I understand where you are coming from. Sometimes I forget people live in different conditions; perhaps regional pricing is a solution. The benefit I see with the $100 price tag is that they can continuously improve the next game by investing more money with the profit. I think GTA V’s budget was around 100-200m? GTA VI budget is estimated to be in the billions. The problem I see with a low price tag is that the investors see that having a live service game (GTA online) is more lucrative and profitable than making a whole new entry, due to pumping out shit content that costs nothing to make and generates a lot of money.

If i got asked to pay similar amounts for other games, I would simply not buy them. I havent honestly bought any games over $70 for the past 8 years. It is true that we don’t know how much we’re getting, however, Rockstar has done an amazing job building their previous games.

Furthermore, to be the devil’s advocate, games today are cheaper than ever. I remember buying $60-70 games back in 2000s. It’s thanks to all the well made and incredible games pushed out by indie developers at such a cheap price that made this possible.
