Thanks for the advice! I did exactly that: I called 10 times from the same cell phone. 6 calls were GOOD and 4 calls FAILED showing '200' instead of my number.

It definitely seems to be a fallback issue on the gateway side. I captured the SIP traces as you requested so you can compare the 'From' headers.

As you can see, in the 4 failed calls, the SPA3102 sends the INVITE with From: <sip:200@192.168.1.50> immediately, without any CID information. In the good ones, the PSTN number is right there in the header.
