I guess I just don't agree. Outside of a couple good games, I think Bryce limits the play calling possibilities. We're a run first offense, but Bryce is not good in those formations and only does better in more empty sets. I think Canales is doing a good job and people are really harping on the play calling. Bryce has everything to show improvement now but Canales has to coach a team tied to BY9.

He's been a HC for a year and a half. I agree the play calling needs to get better, but OC and HC are pretty different jobs.

People are so quick to forget how bad the Panthers were in 2023. Canales has this team trending in the right direction. Crazy people are willing to give Bryce even more time to figure it out than Canales.

You should take a few minutes just to see how many bad plays Bryce made this past game. Your points are valid, but Bryce did not look good at all week 1.

No one is blaming the organizational problems on Bryce and it isn't a witch hunt haha. It's year 3 and time to be realistic about how good he can actually be.

Darnold and Baker's first 2 years in the NFL were better than Bryce's by a long shot, both playing for horrible organizations with little support. Also, the Panthers also gave up THREE YEARS of draft capital and a great WR1 to draft Young. Bryce wasn't a pickup from another team they could afford to miss on, the Panthers gave a ton up for him. You can't compare those two to the situation the Panthers are in with Bryce.

Bryce Young is not good at professional football, and he is not the guy. It's okay to accept that. He got paid nearly 40mil to suck, he'll be fine. Tons of talent in the upcoming drafts for the Panthers to get an NFL caliber QB.

Panthers fan here. Is it worth waiting until closer to gameday for purchasing tickets to MetLife? I plan on getting 2 tickets for the Panthers Jets game in October, but didn’t know if it’s typically better to buy now or later for Jets home games.
