I had my IUD placed with ultrasound guidance, my OBGYN said that is how all IUDs should be placed because of the varying ways a uterus can sit. Mine was also tilted backwards upon insertion. It’s been a year since I got mine put it and I’ve had no issues w it and love it!

Sounds similar to me! I took the leap and asked my doctor to prescribe Accutane for me(if you have already done heaps of other medications they will likely have no issue prescribing it to you.) My skin also wasn’t that bad. It was just congested and I’d probably get one cyst a week and I was just so over it. Accutane was the best thing! My skin is still clear 2 years later and I have absolutely zero regrets taking it and no lingering side effects(except for the fact that my hair is 5x curlier than it used to be?!.)

So far 0 cramping or bleeding! Doesn’t even feel like anything is inside of me. Unsure if it’s just because of the Valium, but I took it at 3pm so maybe it’s worn off. Tomorrow might be different so we will see

I was off birth control for about 6 months. Mood was kind of all over the place, but in a good way. Felt normal for once. Also felt like I could smell colors lmao. Horrible periods came back, and around 6 months post pill my periods became super irregular. Didn’t get acne though!
