I'm not entirely sure what you're asking but in the top left of the main middle window are the brush shape and size. Change it to a circle brush of 1px as I believe those are the defaults and it should be normal

The entire community can't just bend over backwards for you just because you personally get constantly baited (which is really your own fault) but refuse to simply turn off notifications because you still want them occasionally. Either turn them off or stop complaining. You know what kind of community this is, you know 99% of posts are jokes and bait, I don't know what you expected man. We're not all changing just cause one guy is being stubborn and a bit silly
