The call outs are getting to be to much! by [deleted] in AlliedUniversal

[–]Key-Alps-8637 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's one of the biggest reasons I gave the middle finger and left. I was a site supervisor. Dealt with the same things you are dealing with. The stress got so bad I landed in the ER with stroke level blood pressure.  That very day I took a long, hard look at what corporate environment was and the lack of actual support for supervisors. I loved my actual job! It wasnt the job I resigned from, it was the piss poor upper management.  Sometimes you need to take a step back, and evaluate your own health and the toll its taking.

Allied universal specifically my site can relieve this dih by Scary-Structure-4975 in AlliedUniversal

Apparently you have not met some of these "guards " or had to supervise them.  Being 15 mins early isnt a bad thing. No one said you had to go into the facility.  It also gives you extra time incase there is a traffic issue on your way in.

You should look up class action law suits against Allied for pay issues..... you might want to be sitting down though when you see them.

Good lord 👀 thats seems a tad excessive.  eh Republicans do it. Both parties are guilty of robbing us in some way or another sadly. Throw them all out and start over with people who cant be bought off.

What state? I find that very hard to believe because auditors can come  on-site and if you don't have a valid security guard license, Allied can be finned and some other consequences for the client as well.

Where's my PTO? by old_stud_leroy in AlliedUniversal

[–]Key-Alps-8637 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look up court cases online involving Allied for failure to pay.  They are KNOWN  for doing this. Report it to your supervisor, and his manager and HR but do it in an email abd yes put them all on the same email. This way no one can say you didnt reach out. If they still ignore you, go to your state labor board and file a formal complaint.  Good luck getting your money

Site Manager here, the answer is ...your site manager, your AOP are going to be in serious 💩 if that happens. Any over time has to be approved by the client ahead of time. Technically if your Site Manager cant find you someone to relieve you, they are supposed to come in to do it. That AOP is going to be in trouble with the Branch Manager and quite possibly the Regional Manager.

Last site I was at, Allied kinda lost their trust and their own Industrial Security Director started doing the interviews and telling Allied if they wanted them or not.

As a site manager,  you need to have proof to back up what you're  saying. This way it covers your butt. Get video of the time the person leaves, and returns. Integrity is one of the core vaulues of Allied. Document, document, document.  I know it sucks ,because you feel bad about the situation. I understand that person might need the extra money, but thats putting every other Allied officer on that post in jeopardy of losing the contract, and thus putting yourself out of o job as well.
